Your new home is located behind Wal-Mart (off of Blanding Blvd.).

It is a new home (built in 1999). The boyscout camping ground is just minutes away off of Doctors
Lake Road. You can walk to Wal-Mart. The Elementary and Junior High school is also in walking
distance.

The floors of your new home are mostly tile. There is carpet in the bedrooms and dining room.
If you want a hot tub, there is a place built just for it, with a dedicated electrical outlet. For those
that do not like a lot of yard work, your house will be perfect. Beautifully landscaped with little
grass to be mowed. The fireplace is piped for propane, but can be wood burning. If you want, the
tank will be left for you, but the logs will go with the current owners, as it was their anniversary
present.

The house is plumbed for a water softner, but the one that is currently connected will also go with
the present owners, unless you want to pay them for it.
